Beverley Singh of Superchard & Sons Furnishing presents bamboo clock to Deputy Director General Prof Lu Wenming

Beverley Singh of Superchard & Sons Furnishing Co. Ltd presents bamboo clock manufactured by the company to Prof Lu Wenming, Deputy Director General of the International Bamboo and Rattan Organisation in China, during a tour of the factory in White Marl, St. Catherine, on November 29. Others from left are Adana Berhe, General Manager, Adal Industrial P.L.C in Ethiopia, and Superchard Singh, director, Superchard & Sons Furnishing Co. Ltd. The tour was organised as part of the symposium, which was held at the Jamaica Conference Centre in Kingston November 27-28 under the theme ’Bamboo: An Economic High Value Chain Resource for the Caribbean’ and had over 200 delegates in attendance.
