Andre Kong, Director, Fisheries Division, Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries (MICAF), speaking about the negative impact of praedial larceny on the fisheries sector at a Praedial Larceny Prevention Workshop for police officers in Kingston on December 12, 2018. The workshop, which was facilitated by the MICAF and the Jamaica Constabulary aimed at sensitising police officers from across the island on the impact of praedial larceny on the agricultural sector and the need to be for all officers to be engaged in the fight to reduce the incidences of praedial larceny.
