Hon Audley Shaw (right), Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, speaking with York Seaton, director, First Rock Capital Holdings, at the First Rock Capital Holdings IPO Investors Briefing, held in St. Andrew on January 9, 2020. In addition to Jamaica, First Rock has investments in Cayman, Costa Rica and the United States. Its IPO will open on January 13 and is aimed at attracting and investing some $2 billion.
