Minister Shaw congratulates cattle farmer of Colley Mountain Manchester Okeito Thompson for being the recipient of the Prime Minister’s Award for Agriculture

Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, Hon. Audley Shaw (right), congratulates cattle farmer of Colley Mountain, Manchester, Okeito Thompson, for being the recipient of the Prime Minister’s Award for Agriculture, during a courtesy call at the Ministry’s New Kingston offices on Thursday, May 21, 2020. Among the matters discussed at the meeting was access to farm lands. Ministers Shaw and Green explored the possibility of accessing mined lands that could be used for cattle rearing and other farming activities.
