Dahlia Dwyer Hodelin currently serves as Principal Director of MSMEs, Industry, Emerging Sector & ISO at the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce. She is a results-driven professional with more than a decade of leadership in enterprise growth, industry engagement, and national development. She holds a Distinction MBA in International Business and has built a versatile career spanning banking, finance, tourism, mining, and the MSME sector.

Passionate about advancing sustainable economic growth, she combines financial acumen, relationship and network management, project management experience, and policy insight to strengthen the MSME and Industrial ecosystem to position businesses for competitiveness. She has spearheaded high-impact initiatives in training, branding, business continuity, and cluster development, enabling entrepreneurs to improve and access new markets.

Holding certifications from studies in Mexico and Japan, Dahlia remains committed to applying international insights to drive innovation, inclusivity, and strategic transformation across Jamaica’s enterprise landscape. With a keen eye for emerging opportunities, she is focused on further contributing to the shaping development policy to unlock new pathways for national growth.
