Hon J. C. Hutchinson, Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, presents plaque to Lynett Johnson for exemplary service to rural development in St. Thomas at the 21st staging of the Rural Agricultural Development Authority St Thomas Open Day, held at the Rudolph Elder Park in Morant Bay on June 28. Looking on is Opposition Spokesperson on Agriculture and Rural Development and Member of Parliament for St. Thomas Eastern, Dr. Fenton Ferguson.
