Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries (MICAF), Hon. The occasion was the Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for the In-Vitro Propagation of Irish Potato Seeds between JSIF, MICAF, NCU and the SRC at the Ministry’s New Kingston office on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.

The Ministry, working its stakeholders is primarily responsible for business policy development, monitoring and evaluation, while giving direction and oversight to a cluster of implementing departments and agencies.
