Hon Beryl Rochester, Custos Rotulorum of St. Elizabeth, presents the St. Elizabeth Homecoming Foundation Ltd’s The Best of St. Bess Special Award to Joseph Gyles, Chief Executive Officer of the National Irrigation Commission (NIC), for dedicated and outstanding service in the field of agricultural services. At right is Eldon Nembhard of the NIC St Elizabeth office. The occasion was the Homecoming Awards Brunch held in St. Elizabeth on December 1, 2019 where the Rural Agricultural Development Authority, Turner’s Innovations Limited and outstanding farmer Desmond Whitely were also specially recognised.
