Dairy farmer Oral Wallace (centre) discusses equipment used on his farm in Rhymesbury, Clarendon, with Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries Hon Karl Samuda (left) and Member of Parliament for Clarendon South Western Noel Arscott. Over 60 farmers from St. Thomas, St. Elizabeth and Clarendon benefitted from fertilizers that were specially blended by Newport-Fersan for pasture development, valued at $3m and donated by the Jamaica Dairy Development Board.
