Denise Bailey-Wright is an accomplished administrative and management professional with over two decades of experience in public service, corporate administration, and office management. She currently serves as Acting Director of Office Management and General Services at the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce (MIIC), where she oversees procurement, office administration, fleet and transport management, asset management, and security services. In this capacity, she provides strategic leadership, ensures operational efficiency, and develops policies and systems to support the Ministry’s administrative functions.

Her career spans senior roles across multiple Ministries, including MIIC, the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation, and the Ministry of Housing, Urban Renewal, Environment & Climate Change, where she has supported Permanent Secretaries and senior executives in advancing policy, coordinating Cabinet submissions, and streamlining operations. Prior to her public service tenure, Mrs. Bailey-Wright built extensive private sector experience at BDO Chartered Accountants and the Jamaica Information Service, where she honed her expertise in accounts receivables, office coordination, and client relations.

She holds a Master of Science in Counselling and Social Work from Mico University College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University College of the Caribbean. A Certified Professional Secretary and Certified Administrative Professional, Mrs. Bailey-Wright is committed to organizational excellence, professional development, and service.
