Floyd Green (right), congratulates Solomon Anderson, a beneficiary of the agricultural component of the Government’s Socio Economic Programme for Former Employees of the Monymusk Sugar Factory, with a lease for lands, at the launch of the project in Hermitage, Clarendon on February 20.
