Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, Hon. J.C. Hutchinson (right), inspects the leaves of the dasheen plant during a tour of Toms Hope and several other Portland communities on November 8 where the Ministry’s Production Incentive Programme is under way to increase domestic production of a number of crops, including dasheen.
