Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries (MICAF), Hon. Karl Samuda addresses a Trade Facilitation Task Force meeting held at the Ministry’s New Kingston office on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. The meeting was to update members on activities of the Task Force and plans going forward. Seated at the head table (from left) are chairman, Trade Facilitation Task Force, Mrs. Patricia R.
