JBDC to Host Online Workshops on Business from Jan. 23 to Feb. 13

The Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC) will be hosting a series of online workshops geared towards teaching participants the fundamentals of starting and running successful businesses.
To be held from January 23 to February 13, the four-week workshop will cover one of four modules each Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
These are Entrepreneurial Mindset and Business Formalisation, Design Thinking and Value Proposition, Marketing Fundamentals, and Start-up Financing and Costing.
Presentations on the various modules will be done by industry experts.
The programme is being offered at a cost of $4,000.00 and will provide participants with access to course material, consultation with the entity’s Business Development Officers and networking opportunities.
Persons interested in participating in the workshop may send an email to workshops@jbdc.net and make the requisite payments by Monday, January 22, 2024.
The JBDC is Jamaica’s premier business development organisation working collaboratively with government, private sector, as well as academic, research and international communities.
