Keriece Harris is a communications specialist with over nine years of experience shaping strategic communication, public relations, and marketing initiatives across diverse industries. She is currently the Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce, where she leads the Ministry’s communication strategies, provides counsel to senior leadership, and oversees media engagement, crisis communication, and stakeholder messaging.

Before joining the Ministry, Keriece was a Senior Associate in Marketing and Communications at PwC Jamaica, where she managed regional marketing campaigns, internal communications, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and social media branding across the Caribbean. She previously honed her skills at Breakthrough Communications, advancing from Public Relations Officer to Senior Account Executive, where she led creative campaigns, media relations, speechwriting, and digital content development for top local and international brands.

Her career also includes experience in broadcast media as a Production Assistant for Television Jamaica’s Entertainment Report.

Keriece holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communication from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with a Drama Minor from the University of Waterloo, Canada. She is also a Certified Digital Marketing Professional.

Passionate about service, Keriece is an active member of Kiwanis International, where she contributes to youth and community development initiatives.
