Hutchinson (right), Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, views token received from Prof. Lu Wenming, Deputy Director General, International Bamboo and Rattan Organisation (INBAR), during a courtesy call at his Hope Gardens offices in St. Andrew on Monday, November 26. Prof Lu Wenming is visiting Jamaica to attend a three-day Caribbean International Bamboo Symposium to be held at the Jamaica Conference Centre in Kingston starting November 27 and culminating with a tour of bamboo facilities by delegates on Thursday, November 29.
