Robert Weinstein (centre), Co-Founder & President, Organic Growth Holdings, Inc, greets the Hon. Audley Shaw, Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, at the official ground-breaking ceremony for the OGH Grow Jamaica Craft Medicinal Hemp Farm at Long Pond Estate in Trelawny on December 11, 2019. At right is Director of the Cannabis Licensing Authority, Delano Seiveright. The 365-acre farm provides employment for several former sugar cane workers from the surrounding communities and will produce CBD oil for both the local and international markets.
