Newly appointed Minister of State in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, Hon. Floyd Green (2nd right), poses with the acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Dermon Spence (2nd left), along with members of staff on his first day in office at the Ministry’s St. Lucia Avenue offices on February 14, 2019. Mr. Green was previously the State Minister in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information.
