Political Ombudsman Donna Parchment Brown presents the St. Elizabeth Homecoming Foundation Ltd’s The Best of St. Bess Golden Award to Desmond Whitely for dedicated and outstanding service in the field of farming. The occasion was the Homecoming Awards Brunch held in St. Elizabeth on December 1, 2019 where the Rural Agricultural Development Authority, Turner’s Innovations Limited and the National Irrigation Commission were also specially recognised.
