Miss Rashawn Morgan has over a decade of experience in the government service. Since September 2023, she has served as the Director of Public Procurement in the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce (MIIC). Miss Morgan started her professional career at the Ministry of Transport and Mining in the Secretarial field in the Procurement Unit in 2014. She earned promotions up the ranks as Procurement Officer, Procurement Manager to the Director.

Miss Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Studies and has certificates in Supervisory Management; Leadership; and is also a certified Procurement Practitioner by the International Procurement Institute of Jamaica. Miss Morgan is led by her highly impressive work ethics, which speaks for itself and exemplifies these attributes as a highly motivated team leader.

Miss Morgan is also a highly committed and professional individual who strives on her motto “there is always a solution for everything” and would go beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction.
