Miss Rashawn Morgan is a procurement professional who has over a decade of experience in the government service. Since September 2023, she has served as the Director of Public Procurement in the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce (MIIC). Prior to her role in MIIC, she grew in her career at the Ministry of Transport and Mining from Secretary in the Procurement Unit in 2014; Procurement Officer in 2016; to the Director of Public Procurement until October 2022. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Studies and has certificates in Supervisory Management; Leadership; and Advanced Government Procurement Levels 1 – 4. 

Miss Morgan is also a certified Procurement Practitioner by the International Procurement Institute of Jamaica. She is led by her highly impressive work ethic, which speaks for itself and exemplifies these attributes as a highly motivated team leader.
