A delegation from Trinidad and Tobago is in the island as part of a business mission aimed at increasing trade and investment between the countries. The four-day Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers’ Association (TTMA) Trade Mission got under way on Monday (May 12), with a ‘Doing Business With Jamaica’ seminar at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston. Persons seeking to engage the services of laboratories are urged to ensure that only entities that display their certificates get their business. Making the call, Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce, Senator the Hon. Aubyn Hill, said when members of the public insist that labs are accredited, it also pushes those who are not accredited to get on board.
