EAT JAMAICAN DEMONSTRATION: Celebrity Chef, Hon Audley Shaw demonstrates cooking of scrambled egg with cheese for students of Emmanuel Christian Academy & Preparatory School in St. Andrew on November 19, 2019. Looking on are Lenworth Fulton, President of the Jamaica Agricultural Society (JAS), and Brenda Green, Social Services and Home Economics Officer at the Rural Agricultural Development Authority (RADA). The Eat Jamaican Celebrity Chef School Tour is one of several activities organised by the JAS, RADA, and the Ministry in commemoration of the annual Eat Jamaican Month. Held under the theme ‘Grow What We Eat…Eat What We Grow’, Eat Jamaican Month is aimed at encouraging Jamaicans to eat more locally grown food.
