Inés Fors Fernández, during a courtesy call at the Ministry’s New Kingston offices, on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. Among the matters discussed were the strengthening of trade relations between Jamaica and Cuba and enhancing cooperation in strategic areas for national development such as education, research and development.
