Audley Shaw (right), greets Chairman, Standards Council, Senator Matthew Samuda, at the launch of the Jamaican Standard Specifications for Structural Steel Products, at the Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ), Winchester Road, Kingston, on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. The structural steel standards are instrumental in guiding metallurgical laboratories and refineries, product manufacturers, and other end users of steel and its variants in their proper processing and application procedures to ensure quality towards safe use.
