State Minister in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries (MICAF), Hon. Floyd Green, speaking at the launch of Moody’s Small and Medium-sized Enterprises lending masterclass workshop, at the Ministry’s New Kingston offices, on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
