Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, the Hon. J.C. Hutchinson (2nd right) examines a Laminar Flow Hood used to create sterile conditions at the handover by the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI) of equipment and material to boost the Ministry’s seed production capacity.
