Held under the theme Celebrating the Best of St. Bess…saluting our farmers, the foundation gave special recognition to outstanding institutions in the agricultural sector within the parish – Rural Agricultural Development Authority, the National Irrigation Commission and Turner’s Innovations Ltd as well as farmer Desmond Whitely.
