Hon J. C. Hutchinson, Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, presents prize to Hyacinth Thorpe, President of the Kensington Jamaica Agricultural Society, Champion Branch for St. James. The presentation was made at the Montpelier Agricultural and Industrial Show in St. James on April 22, 2019.
