Hon. J.C. Hutchinson views seeds at RADA’s Open Day in St. Thomas

Hon J.C. Hutchinson (3rd left), Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, views seeds on display at the 21st staging of the Rural Agricultural Development Authority (RADA) St Thomas Open Day, held on June 28 at the Rudolph Elder Park in Morant Bay. Organised by the Ministry, RADA and the Technical Centre for Cooperation on Agriculture, a seed fair was introduced as part of the Open Day, aimed at providing information to farmers on the varieties, types of drought and disease-tolerant seeds and planting material that are available.
