The occasion was the Jamaica 4-H Clubs National Achievement Day Expo held at Denbigh Showground in Clarendon on April 5, 2019. In keeping with the theme ‘Eco-based Adaptation Strategies: A 4-H Response to Climate Smart Agriculture’, Minister Shaw underscored the importance of practising climate smart agriculture and stated that the irrigation systems in Clarendon and St. Catherine are to be expanded.
