Hutchinson (right), Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, in conversation with farmers Everton Barnett (left) and Howard Anderson during a tour of farms at Abbey in St. Thomas on April 10. Seven farmers are currently producing crops such as pepper, onion, pumpkins and Irish potato on approximately 20 acres of the 100-acre property.
