Minister Samuda at the Issuing of Cannabis Licences

Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries (MICAF), Hon. Karl Samuda (left), in discussion with Claudine Liu (centre) of Everything Oily Labs Limited and Karibe McKenzie, Epican Medicinals Limited, who were issued with licences on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, by the Cannabis Licensing Authority (CLA), an agency of MICAF. The issuing of the licences was held at the Ministry’s New Kingston offices.
