Hon Audley Shaw (right), Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, greets Dr. Elizabeth Johnson, Country Representative at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture, at the launch of the MSc in Integrated Rural Development programme at the University of Technology, Jamaica on February 7, 2019 in St. Andrew.
