Outsource2Jamaica 2025 Conference and Exhibition

The Global Services Association of Jamaica hosted the 5th staging of the Outsource2Jamaica 2025 Conference and Exhibition at the Montego Bay Convention Centre on April 10, 2025.
Delivering the keynote address, Dr. the Most Honourable Andrew Holness, Prime Minister of Jamaica, hailed Outsource2Jamaica as “the preeminent platform for business and outsourcing in the services industry,” adding that, “We recognize that it is the people that will give us the competitive edge. We have an influence in shaping the future of work.”
Senator the Hon. Aubyn Hill, Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce, delivered remarks highlighting Jamaica’s attractiveness as an investment destination, particularly through our stable economy, strong fiscal management and Special Economic Zones (SEZs). He urged investors to come in as Master Developers to take full advantage of the opportunities.
He also remarked on the government’s efforts to modernize the legal and business environment through key reforms such as the Segregated Accounts Companies (SAC) and updated legislation on General and Limited Partnerships.
The conference featured panel discussions with local and international experts in the Global Digital Services (GDS) sector, along with targeted B2B meetings and networking sessions.
