The Most Hon. Andrew Holness, Prime Minister of Jamaica, greets Dr. Margarita Cedeño, Constitutional Vice-President of the Dominican Republic and Special Ambassador of the Food & Agriculture Organization (FAO), at the Opening Ceremony of the 35th Session of the FAO Regional Conference for Latin America and the Caribbean held at the Montego Bay Convention Centre in Rose Hall, St. James, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Looking on are the Hon Karl Samuda (2nd right), Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, and Permanent Secretary Donovan Stanberry.
