School tour and breakfast demonstration at the Holland Primary School

Danessa Clarke samples stir fried callaloo with cheese and French toast prepared by Celebrity Chef, the Hon J.C. Hutchinson, Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, at the Holland Primary School in St. Elizabeth on November 15, 2019. The school tour and breakfast demonstration was part of the Eat Jamaican Month activities organised by the Jamaica Agricultural Society, RADA and the Ministry. Minister Hutchinson also told the students about the importance and benefits of eating locally grown produce and encouraged the school to incorporate more local ingredients in its Breakfast Programme.
