Nadine Wilson-Smith, one of the students pursuing the MSc in Integrated Rural Development (MIRD) programme at the University of Technology (UTech), Jamaica, presents a token to the Hon Audley Shaw, Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries and guest speaker at the launch of the programme, on February 7, 2019.
