Nadine Wilson-Smith, one of the students pursuing the MSc in Integrated Rural Development (MIRD) programme at the University of Technology (UTech), Jamaica, presents a token to the Hon Audley Shaw, Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries and guest speaker at the launch of the programme, on February 7, 2019. At the lectern is Dr. Garfield Young, Dean, Faculty of the Built Environment, UTech. The MIRD programme is the first of its kind to be established in the English-speaking Caribbean.
