Sagicor Bank offers both Business Savings and Business Chequing accounts. The Business Savings Account is ideal for long term saving goals and for building emergency funds. The Business savings account is available in the following currencies; JMD, USD, CAD and GBP.

Business Chequing Account allows SMEs the flexibility and convenience of a chequing facility for one low monthly maintenance fee. The Business Chequing account is available the following currencies; JMD and USD.


Business Savings

•           Pays interest that is calculated daily and credited monthly.

•           JDIC insured

•           Online Banking access

•           Monthly service charge of JA$1,000 will be waived if there are 5 or  

           less debits per month

•           Discounted local and international wire transfer on eBanking

•           Standing instructions, sweep facilities and direct deposits are 


•           Monthly electronic statements available

•           Minimum opening balance of JA$50,000 to open a local currency account and $1,000 for foreign currency accounts.

Business Chequing 

•           Pays interest that is calculated daily and credited monthly.

•           Online Banking access

•           Discounted local and international wire transfers on eBanking

•           First 100 cheques Free

•           Standing instructions and sweep are available

•           JDIC Insured

•           Monthly service charge of JA$1,000 or US$10 for USD account
