Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries (MICAF), Hon. Karl Samuda (2nd left); along with (from left) Permanent Secretary at MICAF, Donovan Stanberry; Minister of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China, H.E. Zhi Shuping; and Chinese Ambassador, H.E. Niu Qingbao, sign a Memorandum of Understanding to pave the way for access to the Chinese fisheries market. The signing was held at the Knutsford Court Hotel, Kingston, on Friday, September 22, 2017.
